Following up on my last email—another angle is the booking process. MillView Builders doesn’t have online booking or live chat on the site, which means interested clients have to pick up the phone or wait for a callback.

The builders I work with who add simple online booking or instant chat often see more of those casual website visitors turn into real enquiries.

One more thing: your site has some testimonials, which is good, but they’re not very prominent or detailed. Adding a dedicated case studies section with photos and project stories could really boost trust for Whitfield and Dover homeowners.
