This is the mailbox the platform itself sends from — onboarding welcome emails, weekly performance reports to clients, and any other operator-side mail. Distinct from per-company SMTP creds (those send the cold-email campaigns themselves). A typical setup: a Mad Out Reach mailbox like [email protected].
