Hey Gordon,

Bridgeton Bookkeeping being set up as licensed accountants and cloud accounting specialists is solid, but the site still leaves a bit too much to guess at, no pricing, no testimonials, no proper service detail. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like a tidy office with the door half shut, people don't always walk in.

That's the bit i sort, so the site does a better job of turning that credibility into enquiries, without any hidden fees, and the price quoted is the price paid.

Are you happy with how many enquiries the site brings in at the minute, or is it one of those jobs that's been parked?:)

Hey Gordon,

Bridgeton Bookkeeping already has the right service mix on the site, VAT returns, payroll, management accounts, all the bits people actually search for, but there's still no clear pricing or stronger proof sitting behind it. Trust me i see this a lot, people want to know what they're walking into before they pick up the phone.

I build sites that answer that properly, so the good work you already do doesn't get lost behind a generic appointment prompt.

When someone lands on the site, do you want them booking straight away, or just making contact first?

Your Xero Silver Partner status and cloud accounting angle are good trust signals for Bridgeton Bookkeeping, but they're not doing much heavy lifting if the page doesn't back them up with reviews or a clearer service breakdown. Trust me i see this a lot, it's a bit like having a certified sign in the window and no prices on the shelf.

That's the bit i sort, so the site feels more complete and gives people a reason to enquire there and then.

Hey Gordon,

Bridgeton Bookkeeping serving sole traders through medium-sized organisations is a decent spread, but the site doesn't really show each type of client what they need to see. No case studies, no testimonials, no proper service pages, so the trust side is doing a lot of heavy lifting on its own.

I fix that by giving the site the proof and structure it needs, so people in Alford aren't left wondering if you're the right fit.

Is the bigger issue right now the site itself, or the follow-up when enquiries come in?

Bridgeton Bookkeeping has the bones of a decent site, but right now it still reads more like a brochure than something that pulls in steady enquiries. That's usually where the gap is.

I can sort the website, hosting, SEO, and the simple bits that make people get in touch without chasing around.
