Braant’s bookkeeping, payroll and interim finance support comes across clearly, but the site still leaves a bit of money on the table, no clear pricing, no booking path, and not much to help someone decide fast. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like a sharp accountant with the door half shut, people hesitate and move on.

That’s the bit i sort, so the site does a better job of turning the trust you’ve already built into enquiries. No hidden fees, price quoted is the price paid, just a site you can be proud of that brings in the right leads:)

Braant already has the right sort of services on the site, bookkeeping, VAT, company formation, the lot, but there’s no obvious way for someone to book or take the next step. That’s usually where good firms lose people, not on the advice, just on the handover.

Hey Bradley,

Braant being London-based and jargon free is a good angle, it just needs backing up with a site that feels as clear as the offer. At the minute there’s not much on there to show pricing, proof, or why someone should choose you over the next accountant they find.

I’d sort the site so it does a better job of turning that first impression into an enquiry, and if you want, I can also set up the follow-up side so leads don’t go cold while you’re in client work.

Is the site a priority at the minute or one of those one day jobs?

Braant’s mix of compliance work and flexible support is exactly the sort of thing a decent site should explain fast, but right now it’s doing a bit too much talking and not enough converting. A visitor should know what you do, trust you, and know how to get hold of you, all in a few seconds.

That’s the stuff i handle, websites, hosting, SEO, and simple follow-ups, so the site earns its keep instead of just looking tidy.

How are enquiries coming in at the moment, mostly referrals or through the site?

I’ll leave this here after this one. Braant clearly has the experience, it just looks like the website could do a better job of turning that into proper enquiries.

If it’s useful, i can sort the site side and the enquiry side so it’s easier for people to choose you and easier for you to hear from them. If not, no drama.
