Had a look at Spectrum Accountancy Solutions and the compliance side is clear, but the site is pretty light on the bits people use to decide, no pricing, no testimonials, no strong reason to enquire. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy office with no sign outside, people just keep walking.

That's the bit i sort, so the service you already offer actually turns into enquiries. Nothing flashy, just a site that looks the part and makes it easy to get hold of you on:)

Spectrum Accountancy Solutions does the important stuff properly, taxation, payroll, statutory filings, cloud bookkeeping, that part comes across well. What the site doesn't do yet is give a nervous visitor enough to say yes, there's no pricing, no reviews, and not much to back up the claims.

I build sites that do that job properly, so the credibility is there before someone even picks up the phone. Same idea as a clean set of accounts, if the figures aren't easy to trust, people hesitate.

When someone lands on your site, what do you actually want them to do?

Hey Timothy,

Being in BS16, you’ve got a local angle to work with, but the current site isn't really using it, and with no visible testimonials or accreditations, it leaves a bit too much to chance. For an accountancy firm, that trust stuff matters, people want to know they're in safe hands.

I can sort the website side so it does a better job of turning that experience into actual enquiries, with hosting and simple follow-ups if needed, no hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid.

Is this one of those jobs that keeps getting pushed back, or is it on the list for this quarter?

Hey Timothy,

You already publish tax and business finance articles, which is a good sign, but the site still isn't doing much to convert the people reading them, there's no booking path, no strong trust signals, and not much to nudge someone to ask a question.

That's usually where a better site helps, it catches the interest you've already earned and turns it into a proper enquiry, a bit like having a good front desk instead of a locked side door.

Would it be worth fixing that if it meant fewer dead-end visits?
