Atlas Accounting Limited’s site is basically a launch notice and contact details for the Cheddar office, which means people still can’t see the accounting, bookkeeping or tax support you actually do. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s a bit like having the office open but the door half shut.

That’s the bit i sort, so the site explains what you do, gives people a reason to trust you, and makes it easier for them to get in touch. No hidden fees, no fluff, just something you can be proud of that pulls its weight:)

When someone lands on the site, what do you want them to do first?

Hey Hayley,

Atlas Accounting Limited has the basics up, but there’s still nothing on the site that spells out the service side, so people in Cheddar are left guessing whether you’re a fit. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like putting a tidy sign over the door and leaving the shelves empty.

I’d add proper service pages for the accounting, bookkeeping, tax support and business advisory side, then make the enquiry path obvious so the right people don’t drift off. No hidden fees, no nonsense, just a site that does its job.

Is the bigger issue at the minute getting more enquiries, or just making the current site do more?

Atlas Accounting Limited’s site doesn’t show any reviews, accreditations or case studies, so there’s not much there to back up the launch notice. Trust me i see this a lot, and for an accounting firm that’s a bit like turning up to a meeting with no cards in the folder.

A few simple trust signals would change that fast, especially alongside clearer service pages and a proper call to action. Nothing flashy, just the stuff that helps people feel safe getting in touch.

Do you already have client feedback you’d want on there, or is that still to be gathered?

I can see Atlas Accounting Limited has the Cheddar office details on there, but the site still doesn’t give someone much reason to pick up the phone. Trust me i see this a lot, people land, have a quick look, then move on if the next step isn’t obvious.

I’d turn that into a proper enquiry path, with the services explained clearly and a simple prompt to contact you, so the site starts doing more than just existing. No hidden fees, no faff, just a cleaner result.

Would it help more to focus on the site itself, or the follow-up after someone gets in touch?

Hey Hayley,

Atlas Accounting Limited’s site still looks very much in launch mode, so it’s not doing much heavy lifting for the business yet. Trust me i see this a lot, and it’s usually the difference between a site that sits there and one that actually brings people in.

If it’s not a priority right now, no drama, i’ll leave it there. If it is, i can sort the pages, the trust bits and the enquiry route so it feels like a proper accounting firm site, not a holding page.
