Adept Accountax Ltd’s site has the right basics, but it’s light on service detail, pricing, and proof, so people can’t quickly tell if you’re the right fit. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a tidy office with the blinds shut, decent work inside, but not much to make someone walk in.

That’s the bit i sort, adding the stuff that turns a site into enquiries, not just a WhatsApp button. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, and you end up with something you can actually be proud to send people to:)

Are you happy with how many enquiries the site brings in right now, or is it one of those things that’s been left a bit too long?

Hey Usman,

One thing that stood out on Adept Accountax Ltd is how heavily the site leans on WhatsApp, with very little else for someone to go on. That can work for warm leads, but if someone’s comparing accountants, they usually want a bit more before they message.

I’d put proper service pages, a clearer call to action, and a few trust bits in place so the site does more of the heavy lifting. No fluff, just a cleaner path to getting in touch.

Would a few more website enquiries be useful, or are most new clients still coming in another way?

Hey Usman,

Adept Accountax Ltd doesn’t show any pricing at the moment, and that leaves people guessing. For accounting, that can be enough to make them move on to the next firm, even if your service is the better one.

I’d add a simple pricing cue, even if it’s just starting points or how you quote, plus stronger proof so visitors feel more comfortable taking the next step. It’s a bit like handing someone a menu before they sit down, it saves the awkward bit.

Do you get many people asking about fees before they enquire, or do they usually just call straight away?

Hey Usman,

The site for Adept Accountax Ltd could do with more proof, too, no visible testimonials, case studies, or accreditations, so it’s asking people to trust you on very little. In accountancy that matters, because people are handing over figures, deadlines, and a fair bit of confidence.

I’d build that trust into the site properly, then make the next step obvious on every page, not just buried behind WhatsApp. Simple stuff, but it makes a real difference.

When someone lands on the site, what do you actually want them to do first?

I’ll leave this there, but Adept Accountax Ltd still feels like it’s doing the hard work without enough help from the website. The service is there, the response promise is there, it just needs more around it so visitors don’t drift off.

If it’s not a priority right now, no drama, i know these things sit on the list for ages.
