Baranov Associates comes across as properly bespoke, especially the plain-English support around accounts, tax and software. The bit that stands out is the site doesn't give people much to compare, no pricing, no booking, and only one testimonial, so a lot of decent leads will just drift off, trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a sharp office with the lights off.

That's the bit i sort, so the credibility you already have turns into more enquiries. Nothing flashy, just a site people can trust and actually use:)

Baranov Associates has the right tone already, plain-English advice and proper support for sole traders and limited companies. What the site still hides, though, is the stuff people use to decide, pricing, booking, and a bit more proof than one testimonial.

I build sites that answer those questions fast, so people don't have to guess whether to get in touch. Same story with a shop window, if you can't see what's on offer, most people keep walking.

Would it make sense to show your fees more openly, or do you prefer enquiries to come in the old-fashioned way?

Baranov Associates already does the hard bit well, the service sounds genuinely hands-on and the UK-wide support is clear. The gap is proof, there's one testimonial on the site, but not much else to back up the claim when someone's comparing accountants online.

I can add the kind of things that make people feel safer, clearer pages, stronger trust signals, and an easier way to book in. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, simple as that.

When someone lands on the site, what do you want them to do first?

Baranov Associates gives off a solid, personal feel, and the proactive support comes through well. What looks missing is a quick next step, no online booking means every enquiry has to go through the same old back and forth.

I sort that with websites and simple enquiry systems, so people can book or send details without waiting around. Bit like having a reception desk that never goes home.

Is the main issue getting more leads, or just making the ones you get easier to handle?

Baranov Associates clearly knows its stuff, and the plain-English angle is a good one. I just think the site could do more of the heavy lifting, a bit more proof, a clearer offer, and a proper way to book would make a difference.
