Hey Jac,

Vos Accounting & Financial Services has the right stuff on the site, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, start up support, but there’s no pricing, no testimonials, and no clear way to book. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s a bit like handing someone a tidy set of accounts with the front page missing, they’re still not sure what to do next.

That’s the bit i sort, so the site feels proper and turns more of the Cardiff traffic into enquiries. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, just a site you can be proud of that actually brings people in:)

Are you happy with how many enquiries the site is bringing in at the minute, or is it a bit quiet?

Hey Jac,

Vos Accounting & Financial Services already has a solid offer, especially the business start up and growth side, but the site doesn’t give people much proof once they land on it. No reviews, no case studies, no real reason to pick you over the next firm.

That’s usually where the enquiries get stuck, not in the service itself, just in the way it’s shown. I build sites that make the next step obvious, and keep the admin side simple too, so you’re not chasing every lead by hand.

When someone lands on the site, what do you actually want them to do first?

Hey Jac,

Ten years’ experience and AAT qualified is strong, and the Cardiff angle gives you a proper local edge, but the website isn’t backing that up with much depth. At the moment it reads more like a brief brochure than a proper enquiry tool.

That’s fixable. A cleaner site, better calls to action, and a simple follow-up setup can make a big difference without making things fancy for the sake of it.

Is the website something you want to improve this side of summer, or is it staying on the back burner for now?

Hey Jac,

The services on Vos Accounting & Financial Services are clear, bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, annual accounts, but there’s no easy booking route and not much to build trust on. That’s usually enough to lose people who were already interested.

I sort that by making the site do a bit more of the heavy lifting, so the right people can enquire without having to chase you down. Nothing flashy, just tidy, clear, and easy to use.

Do you get most work through referrals already, or are you trying to bring in more from the website too?

I’ll leave this one there. Vos Accounting & Financial Services has a decent base, it just doesn’t yet give people much to act on once they’ve landed.
