Kenwright Accountants has the right basics on the site, over thirty years experience, fixed fees, no unexpected additions, all solid stuff. The gap is there’s nothing proving it, no testimonials, no case studies, so people have to take the claim on trust. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a tidy office with the blinds shut, the place may be great but nobody can see it.

That’s the bit i sort, so the credibility you’ve already got turns into more enquiries. No hidden fees, just a site people can trust and act on:)

The fixed-fee angle on Kenwright Accountants is clear, and monthly direct debits is a decent selling point too, but the site still leaves people guessing on proof. No reviews, no case studies, no real examples of the work, so it’s harder for a new client to feel safe picking you over the next firm.

I’d put that proof front and centre, then make the enquiry path dead simple. Same straightforward setup, just with more of the right people getting in touch.

Hey Brian,

Kenwright Accountants already has the friendly, flexible message nailed, and that matters, especially across North West England where people still want a proper accountant they can speak to. The issue is the website doesn’t back that up with enough evidence, so the sales pitch is doing all the work on its own.

A few strong client stories would change that fast, same as a good recommendation in person, just on the site where people are deciding whether to call.

Would adding proof like that make a difference to how the firm comes across online?

Hey Brian,

I noticed Kenwright Accountants offers evening appointments and meetings at client premises, which is proper useful and should be getting more attention. Right now the site talks about the service, but it doesn’t do much to show why someone should trust you with their books, payroll or tax work.

A couple of short client examples would help a lot there, nothing fancy, just enough to show the sort of result and relationship people can expect. That’s usually where the enquiries start to feel warmer.

If you had stronger proof on the site, would you want more calls or more form fills?

Hey Brian,

Kenwright Accountants is clearly set up to be flexible and easy to deal with, and the fixed-fee message is good, but the site still isn’t doing much to earn trust on its own. No testimonials, no case studies, no real proof, so it’s a bit like handing someone a quote with no examples behind it.

I’d sort that and make the enquiry path simpler, then the site can pull its weight properly.
