Richard Sexton & Co LLP being a two-partner firm in Colchester with accounts, tax, payroll and company secretarial on the site is solid, but there’s not much there to push someone from “interested” to “enquire”. No pricing, no testimonials, no obvious next step, which is a bit like having a tidy office with the door half shut.

The competitive-fee angle on Richard Sexton & Co LLP is good, but if someone can’t see any pricing or even a rough starting point, they tend to park it and move on. For an accountancy firm, that’s a bit like quoting for a job with half the estimate missing.

I’d put clearer pricing cues and a stronger enquiry path in front of the right people, so they know what to do next without hunting around. Simple, clean, and it feels more confident.

Richard Sexton & Co LLP has the sort of trust markers people want to see, established in 1965, ICAEW regulated, local base in Colchester, but the site isn’t backing that up with reviews or testimonials. That’s usually the bit that tips someone from “looks fine” to “let’s speak”.

I’d add the proof people expect, then give them a clear way to enquire without faffing about. Nothing fancy, just the sort of site that earns its keep.

Hey there,

With accounts, tax and payroll all on Richard Sexton & Co LLP’s site, the offer is clear enough, but the next step isn’t. No booking, no strong call to action, no easy way for someone to raise their hand, which means a few decent enquiries probably slip through.
