Platinum Tax being a local CIS specialist in Warlingham, Surrey is a decent angle, but the site’s light on proof, no pricing, no reviews, no case studies, so people have to take the friendly-professional line on trust. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like asking someone to hand over the keys before they’ve seen the garage.

That’s the bit i sort, so the experience you’ve already got turns into more enquiries. No hidden fees, price quoted is the price paid, and the site actually gives people a reason to get in touch:)

Hey Gary,

Platinum Tax has the core services covered well, Self Assessment, CIS Monthly Returns, Payroll, LTD Company Accounts and Sole Trader Accounts, but there’s very little on the site to back that up beyond the basics. No pricing, no testimonials, no case studies, so it’s doing the talking without much proof behind it.

That’s usually where enquiries stall, not because the work isn’t good, just because the site doesn’t show enough to calm people down. I build sites that make the decision easier, plain and simple.

Would adding a bit more proof on the site help, or are most of your jobs still coming through word of mouth?

Hey Gary,

Platinum Tax putting CIS and construction work front and centre is smart, especially with the Warlingham, Surrey angle, but the site still reads more like a brochure than a proper enquiry tool. No online booking, no reviews, no visible accreditations, so there’s not much there to nudge someone over the line.

That’s usually the bit that needs sorting, same as a builder wouldn’t leave the front door half-finished and hope for the best. I can fix that side so the site feels credible and easy to act on.

Hey Gary,

The local Surrey setup at Platinum Tax is clear enough, but the site doesn’t do much to show why someone should pick you over the next accountant in the area. It says friendly and professional, which is fine, but without reviews or a few solid examples it’s hard for a new client to feel confident.

That’s the part i sort, a proper site with the right proof in the right places, so it earns the enquiry instead of just hoping for it. No hidden fees, no nonsense.

Is the website something you want to improve this year, or is it still doing enough for now?

Hey Gary,

Platinum Tax clearly knows its lane, especially with the construction and CIS side, but the website still leaves a bit too much unsaid. No pricing, no reviews, no case studies, and no real booking path, so it’s relying on people to fill in the gaps themselves.

I can sort that properly if it ever becomes a priority, and if not, no drama at all.

Should i leave it there for now?
