LJC Accountancy Solutions clearly does the prep work side well, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and year-end accounts support, and the site says you save clients time and money before their accountant gets involved. The bit missing is the stuff that makes people pick up the phone, pricing, clearer service detail, a stronger enquiry path. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy workshop with the roller door half shut.

That's the bit i sort, so the value you already give actually turns into more enquiries. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, just a site people can trust and use easily:)

Hey Gareth,

LJC Accountancy Solutions has the trust bits in place, established in 1993, ICB, HMRC, Chamber links, which is good, but the site still makes people do a fair bit of guessing before they enquire. For bookkeeping and payroll especially, that usually means they go quiet and ring the next firm instead.

A simple pricing page and clearer service detail would do a lot of the heavy lifting for you, and stop the site feeling like a brochure with the phone number as the main event.

Would it help if the site answered the obvious questions before they have to ask them?

Hey Gareth,

Your site does a decent job of saying what LJC Accountancy Solutions does, but it still leans hard on the phone number and light text, which is a bit like handing someone a business card and hoping they do the rest. For bookkeeping, VAT and payroll, people usually want to know what they get, how it works, and roughly what it costs.

I can build that out properly, add the enquiry bits, and make the whole thing easier to trust and easier to use.

When someone lands on the site, what do you want them to do first?

Hey Gareth,

Being near Crewe Business Park gives LJC Accountancy Solutions a solid local angle, but the site isn't really using it to pull people in. At the moment it reads more like an online noticeboard than something built to bring in bookkeeping and payroll enquiries.

A better service page setup, a clear pricing cue, and a stronger call to action would make a big difference there.

Is the site something you want working harder this year, or is it just there to tick the box for now?

I'll leave this there after this one. LJC Accountancy Solutions already has the right foundations, but the site could do a lot more to turn that trust into actual enquiries.

If it is one of those jobs that keeps slipping down the list, no drama, i get it.
