Your mix of accounts, tax compliance, management accounts and software support gives you plenty to say, but it also means the first impression has to do a lot of work. I’d be looking at a site that makes it easy for a business owner to see who you help, what you handle, and how to enquire without hunting around.

The relationship-led angle at Lothian Accounting is good, that’s the bit people remember when they’re choosing an accountant. If I were building this out, I’d put more weight on that, plus the Xero and FreeAgent support, so visitors can see the value before they ever pick up the phone.

I also noticed you don’t offer stand alone self-assessment income tax returns, including landlords, which is fair enough, it just makes the positioning even more important so the right enquiries come through. A clearer site can do a lot of that heavy lifting for you.
