Hey David,

A.D's site does a good job of saying you deal with clients directly, and the free initial meeting plus fixed fee charges on request is a strong bit of trust. The gap is it doesn't really give people enough reason to choose you over the next accountant, no reviews, no clear service pages, not much proof. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy office with the lights off, people still walk past.

That's the bit i sort, so the credibility you've already got actually turns into enquiries. Nothing flashy, just a site that works and is easy to get hold of you on:)

Hey David,

The direct access to the accountant in charge is a proper selling point for A.D, especially for small businesses who are fed up with being passed around. At the minute the site says the right things, but it doesn't back them up with enough proof, so people have to take a leap.

I usually fix that with a few simple trust bits, reviews, clearer service pages, and a cleaner way to get in touch, so the site does more of the heavy lifting. Same as putting a proper sign outside the shop, saves people guessing.

Would you want the site doing more of that work, or is word of mouth still keeping things steady?

Hey David,

The fixed fee charges on request line is good, but it still leaves a bit too much to the imagination. For accountancy, that can be the difference between someone enquiring or moving on to the next firm with a clearer offer.

I’d make the key bits easier to find, what you do, who it suits, and how people start, then back it with a stronger enquiry path. No hidden fees, no fluff, just a site that feels confident and easy to use.

Hey David,

A.D already has the right foundations, especially with the chartered certified and registered auditor side, but the site is doing a lot of talking without much outside proof. Reviews or a couple of short case examples would make that trust land faster.

That sort of thing matters more than people think, especially when someone is choosing who to hand their accounts over to. It’s a bit like showing the client file before they ask, it settles the room.

Is the site a priority at the minute or one of those 'one day' jobs?
