Thing is, the site leans hard on Contact Us Now and phone/email, but there's no pricing page or online booking, so people can't quickly self-qualify. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy office with the door shut.

That's the bit i sort, so the good bits on your site actually turn into enquiries. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, and you end up with a site you can be proud of:)

Hey Robert,

Black Barn Accountants already has the basics in place, testimonials, a clear service list, and the family-run angle comes across well. The gap is that people still have to work too hard to work out if you're the right fit, because there's no pricing page and no booking option.

For an accountancy practice, that's a bit like asking someone to sign up before they've seen the menu. I can sort the website side so prospects know where they stand and can book without the back and forth.

Would transparent pricing help, or do you prefer to keep that part off the site?

The Framlingham bit matters here, because local searches are usually where the easiest wins sit for an accountancy firm like Black Barn Accountants. At the minute the site has the service list and testimonials, but not much that helps it show up stronger or push someone to act once they land there.

I can build in the bits that do the heavy lifting, cleaner pages, better local SEO, and a simple booking path so enquiries don't get lost in the shuffle.

Hey Robert,

Black Barn Accountants has a solid reputation already, and the long client relationships back that up. What the site doesn't do yet is give new visitors enough confidence fast, no structured reviews area, no case studies, no proper way to compare your service against the next firm.

That matters online, because people skim before they decide. I sort websites that make the credibility obvious, then make it easy to contact or book, without all the fluff.

I'll leave this with you after this one. Black Barn Accountants has the experience and the family-run feel, the site just isn't doing much to turn that into enquiries yet.

If you ever want the website to pull its weight properly, with pricing, booking, and a cleaner path to contact, that's the sort of thing i do.
