Base Accounting in Hinckley says it’s a leading firm, but the site doesn’t give people much to hang their hat on, no testimonials, no pricing guidance, no service-specific pages. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like turning up to meet a new client with the lights off, you’ve got the know-how, they just can’t see it properly.

That’s the bit i sort, so the site does a better job of turning visits into enquiries, without any hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid:)

Hey Simon,

Base Accounting’s site does a decent job listing annual accounts, payroll, bookkeeping and cashflow projections, but there’s not much there that builds trust fast, no reviews, no accreditations, no real proof of the standard behind the work. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s a bit like a tidy shop with no window display, people need a reason to walk in.

I build sites that show the right proof, answer the obvious questions, and make it easier for the right people to get in touch, no hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid.

Hey Simon,

The free initial consultation is a good hook, but on the site it’s not doing much heavy lifting on its own, especially with no booking option and no clear service pages for things like tax or payroll. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a decent engine but no proper dash, the thing still runs, you just can’t see what it’s doing.

I’d sort the pages so each service has a clear route to enquiry, and the trust bits are doing their job properly, no hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid.

Is the site a priority at the minute or one of those one day jobs?

Hey Simon,

Base Accounting already has the right services on show, but the site feels a bit light on the proof that helps someone choose you over the next firm in Hinckley. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like quoting for a job without showing the finish, people want to know what they’re getting.

I’d add the bits that build confidence and make contact easier, so the site pulls its weight instead of just sitting there looking smart, no hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid.

Would a few more enquiries from the site actually matter this side of the year?
