Leon Accountants has the same-day answers and free 15-minute call front and centre, which is solid, but the site still makes people work too hard to get started, WhatsApp or email only, no clear pricing, no instant booking. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like putting a helpful receptionist behind a locked door.

That's the bit i sort, so more of the right people actually get in touch, and they know where they stand before they do. No hidden fees, just a site that does its job properly:)

That free 15-minute call is a decent offer, but if someone is comparing accountants at 8pm, waiting for a WhatsApp reply can be enough to lose them. A simple booking slot and a clear starting price usually does more heavy lifting than another round of back and forth.

Hey Ali,

Leon Accountants already has the trust bits in place, same-day answers, Xero, AAT, the lot, but the site still leaves pricing and service packages a bit up in the air. That’s usually where people wobble, because accountants are a bit like mechanics, if the bonnet stays shut, people assume the worst.

I’d put the key services and starting prices in plain view, then make the enquiry step dead easy. It tends to pull in better-fit leads and cut out the tyre-kickers.

Is the bigger issue more enquiries, or better ones?

Hey Ali,

Your same-day replies are a strong selling point, but the website doesn’t really back that up with a fast next step. If someone’s comparing firms in Luton, a short form and proper booking option usually beats “email us and wait”.

That’s the sort of setup i build, a site that shows the service clearly, makes contact easy, and saves you from chasing every lead by hand. Nothing flashy, just something you can be proud of that actually brings people in.

Leon Accountants has the right ingredients, but the site still feels a bit like it’s asking people to do the hard work, especially with no clear pricing or online booking. If you ever want that fixed, i can sort the whole thing properly.
