Farda Accountants has the right services on the site, accountancy, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, the lot, but there’s no pricing page or online booking, so people have to work harder just to take the next step. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a tidy office with the door half shut, people hesitate.

That’s the bit i sort, a site with clear pricing, simple booking, and no hidden fees, so the price quoted is the price paid and the enquiries come in cleaner. Are you even chasing more enquiries right now, or ticking over fine as you are?

Hey Aziz,

Farda Accountants already has testimonials on the site, which is good, but they’re doing a lot of the heavy lifting on their own. There’s still no clear pricing or easy booking, so someone comparing accountants in Leicester has to guess a bit before they get in touch.

I’d put the numbers and next step front and centre, so the site does more of the selling before you pick up the phone. No hidden fees, no fluff, just a proper site people can trust. When someone lands on your site, what do you actually want them to do?

Hey Aziz,

You cover outsourced bookkeeping, VAT returns, Tax Returns and CIS, which is a solid mix, but the site doesn’t give visitors a quick way to book or compare options. That usually means more back and forth than it needs to, and trust me, that’s where good leads go a bit cold.

I’d sort the path from page view to enquiry, so someone can move from reading about Farda Accountants to booking without the faff. Like a good set of accounts, it should be neat and easy to follow. Is that something you’d want sorted this quarter, or is it low down the list?

Farda Accountants has Google reviews and customer testimonials, which is a decent start, but there’s not much else on the site to back them up, no case studies, no accreditations, no educational content. That makes the site feel a bit thinner than the service behind it.

I’d build out the bits that answer doubts before they ask, then add a clear enquiry route so the site works harder for you. No hidden fees, no nonsense, just something you can be proud to send people to. Do you want the website doing more of that work, or are the referrals keeping things busy enough?

Farda Accountants is already doing the important stuff, accountancy, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, but the website still leaves people to do too much guessing. No pricing page, no booking, no clear next step, it’s a bit like handing over a set of keys with no label on them.
