I’d make the site work harder for that by turning more of the contact traffic into actual enquiries, and adding a few trust bits like testimonials and case studies so people feel safer hitting reply.

that average £4,111 a month extracted for director clients is a proper strong hook, but it needs a bit of proof around it. A few short client quotes, a simple case study, and clearer next steps on the site would do a lot of the heavy lifting.
