Profit Accountancy Ltd has the right mix on the site, Corporation Tax, VAT, CIS, Payroll, all the stuff people actually need. But there’s no pricing, no testimonials, and no booking path, so someone in Seven Sisters has to do a bit too much guessing before they get in touch. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy office with the door half shut.

That's the bit i sort, so the credibility you've already got turns into more enquiries, with no hidden fees and a site you can be proud of:) 

Is the site pulling its weight right now, or just sitting there looking respectable?

Hey Magdalena,

Established in 2005 is a strong line, and being licensed by The Association of Accounting Technicians helps too. The gap is that a new visitor still can’t quickly see what you charge, who you’re best for, or how to book, so they may just move on to the next accountant. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having the books in order but no front desk.

I’d put the right price cues, proof, and a simple enquiry path in place so more of the right people actually get in.

Hey Magdalena,

You cover both business and personal work, from bookkeeping and payroll through to self assessments and consultancy, which is a decent spread. The site just doesn’t give people much to back up the claims, no reviews, no case studies, no real proof of the day-to-day work. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like telling someone you’re thorough without showing the paperwork.

I'd fix that with a few simple trust bits and a clearer path to enquiry, so the site does more than list services.

Are people finding you through word of mouth more than the website at the minute?

I had another look at Profit Accountancy Ltd and the contact details are easy enough to find, but there’s still no online booking or clear lead capture form. For a firm handling VAT, CIS, payroll and tax, that extra step can be the difference between a quick enquiry and a lost one. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like leaving the phone on the desk instead of answering it.

I’d build a cleaner enquiry path so people can get hold of you without hunting around.

Would a better enquiry flow actually help, or are you happy with how people reach you now?

Profit Accountancy Ltd already looks solid on the basics, and you’ve clearly been at it a while. It just feels like the site could do a bit more of the heavy lifting, with pricing, proof, and a proper way to book or enquire. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like a good accountant with no sign outside.
