Hey Nicola,

3rd Eye Accountax being a one stop accounting and tax solution is strong, and the over 25 years bit gives you real weight. But the site doesn’t give people much to grab onto, no pricing, no reviews, no easy booking, so they’ve got to work a bit too hard to decide. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a tidy office with no front desk.

That’s the bit i sort, so the experience on the site matches the service behind it, and more of the right people actually get in touch. Nothing flashy, no hidden fees, just a site you can be proud of that converts.

The simple language on 3rd Eye Accountax is a good fit, especially for owners who just want the numbers handled without the jargon. The bit missing is proof, though, no testimonials, no accreditations, no case studies, so visitors have to take the word for it. That’s a bit like quoting a job with no before and after photos.

I’d usually fix that by putting the trust stuff where people actually look, then making the next step dead easy. Clean, clear, and no faff.

Would adding a bit more proof on the site make a difference to the kind of enquiries you want?

Hey Nicola,

What stands out on 3rd Eye Accountax is the hands-on setup, which is exactly what a lot of owners want from an accountant. The snag is there’s no online booking or clear scheduling flow, so someone has to stop what they’re doing just to make contact. That’s a bit like asking a client to post a form through the door instead of sending it by email.

I can sort the site so people can book or enquire in a couple of clicks, and you’re not chasing admin for every lead.

Is the bigger issue getting people to enquire, or getting them to follow through once they’ve landed on the site?

The service list on 3rd Eye Accountax is solid, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, tax returns, the full lot. But the site is doing the bare minimum at the point where people decide whether to call, and that’s usually where good leads slip away. No pricing, no reviews, no easy next step.

I build sites and enquiry systems that make that part easier, so the right people don’t drift off and disappear. Plain English, no hidden fees, and a proper finish.

Would it be worth improving that side before the next busy spell hits?
