KBDR being a boutique Woodstock practice with accounts, audit and tax planning is the bit that stood out. The site explains what you do, but there’s no pricing, no testimonials, and no clear next step, so someone landing there has to do a bit of guesswork. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like a tidy office with the front door half hidden.

That’s the bit i sort, so the site earns trust and turns into enquiries instead of just looking the part. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, and you end up with something you can actually be proud to send people to:)

Are you happy with how many enquiries the site brings in right now, or is it one of those things that’s been left to tick along?

KBDR’s mix of audit, tax planning and funding support is strong, and that breadth should be doing more work on the site. At the minute it reads well, but it doesn’t give a nervous prospect much proof, no client stories, no results, no easy way to book in. That’s a bit like having a sharp suit and no business card.

I’d add the bits that make people feel safe enough to get in touch, then make the contact path dead simple. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, and the site does the job properly.

When someone lands on it, what do you actually want them to do?

Woodstock is a good base for KBDR, and the site already shows the range of work clearly, from accounts through to solicitor client account audits. What it doesn’t do yet is close the trust gap, there’s no pricing, no testimonials, and no obvious call to action, so people can drift off before they enquire.

I’d keep the service detail, then add the proof and a cleaner route to contact you. Nothing flashy, just a site that feels credible and gets the phone ringing.

Is the website a priority at the minute, or one of those jobs that keeps slipping?

KBDR has the sort of service mix that should make life easier for visitors, accounts, audit, tax, payroll, the lot. But the site still feels more like a brochure than a lead tool, with no booking option, no reviews, and no real reason to act now. That’s usually where enquiries get lost.

I’d put the proof where people can see it, then give them a simple next step so they’re not left hunting around. Same idea as a good reception desk, if it’s obvious where to go, people actually go there.

Would adding more enquiries from the site be useful this year, or are you covered already?

I’ll leave this there after this, but KBDR’s site still feels like it could do more for you. The service list is solid, yet without pricing, testimonials, or a clear call to action, it’s doing the polite introduction and not much else.

If you ever want the website to pull its weight, I’d make it easier for people to trust you and easier for them to get in touch. No hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid, and the end result is a site that actually helps the practice.
