Pace Accountants says a lot of the right things, peace of mind from accurate accounting, better decisions from understanding the numbers, but the site is light on the bits people use to decide, pricing, testimonials, case studies. Trust me i see this a lot, it's like having a tidy office with no front desk, people hesitate.

That's the bit i sort, so the trust you already have turns into more enquiries, with a site people can actually use, and no hidden fees, the price quoted is the price paid:)

Hey Peter,

Pace Accountants covers the full spread, accounting, tax, business advisory, trust work, even wills and probate, that's a lot for one site to explain cleanly. At the minute it doesn't really give people much to grab onto, no clear service pages, no visible pricing, not much proof.

I build sites that make the next step obvious, so someone looking at your firm knows what you do, who it's for, and how to get hold of you without hunting about. Simple, straight, and it has to earn its keep.

When someone lands on your site, what do you actually want them to do?

Hey Peter,

You’ve got the right trust signals already, 30+ years experience, ICAEW licensed, SME and family-run business experience, that’s the good stuff. The gap is the proof around it, because without testimonials or case studies, people still have to take a bit of a leap.

I sort that by building pages that show the work properly and give people a reason to pick up the phone, rather than sit there thinking about it. Nothing fancy, just clear and credible.

Is the site a priority at the minute or one of those one day jobs?

Hey Peter,

Pace Accountants is already speaking to both business and personal needs, which is handy, but the site isn't doing much to pull in searches around accounting and tax either. No blog, no insights, not much to build authority with.

I can put the site in a better shape for local search and enquiries, so the right people in your area find you and actually have a reason to get in touch. Think of it like a shop window, if it looks empty, folk keep walking.

Last one from me, Pace Accountants clearly does the work, the website just isn't showing enough of it. That's usually where good firms lose people, not in the service, in the lack of proof.

If now isn't the time, no drama, i'll leave it there. If you do want the site to bring in more of the right enquiries later, i'm here.

Worth revisiting this later in the year, or should i stop pestering you?
