Your site says all initial chats are free and with no obligation, and the office in Horley is clear enough, but there’s nothing on there that really backs up the quality, no testimonials, no case studies, no proof people trust Elzey ltd. before they enquire. Trust me i see this a lot, it’s like having a sharp suit with no handshake, people still hesitate.

That’s the bit i sort, so the good work you’re already doing turns into more enquiries. Nothing flashy, just a site people feel good about contacting:) 

Are you happy with the amount of new enquiries coming in at the minute, or is that the bit that’s a bit patchy?

The free initial chat is a decent hook, but without reviews or examples of the work, a lot of people will still sit on their hands. For accountancy, trust is the whole game, if the proof isn’t there, they just keep scrolling.

The Horley office detail is good, it makes Elzey ltd. feel real straight away, but the site still leaves too much to the imagination when someone’s deciding whether to enquire. In your line of work, that’s a bit like having a tidy office and no certificates on the wall.

I can sort the bits that build confidence fast, testimonials, case studies, clearer calls to action, the sort of stuff that gets people over the line. The price quoted is the price paid, no hidden extras.

Do people usually ask around before they contact you, or do they come straight to the form?

Hello Elvan,

You’ve already got the basics in place, phone, email, office address, business hours, but the site still doesn’t give prospects much reason to choose Elzey ltd. over the next accountant. That missing proof matters more than most people think.

I’d focus on a few simple trust pieces that do the heavy lifting for you, so the site starts earning its keep instead of just sitting there looking tidy. Simple job, done properly.

Is building trust on the site something you want to tackle soon, or is it low on the list for now?

I’ll leave this there after this one. If adding testimonials and a couple of solid case studies isn’t on the radar right now, fair enough, you’ve got enough to be getting on with.
