Last one from me, then i'll leave you to it. 2020 Accountancy has a broad mix of accounting work on the table, so there may be a few angles worth pushing. i bet chasing new clients slips when your head's down in the actual work. That's the bit i sort.
I use a system i built to find the right businesses who genuinely need an accountant and send each one a proper tailored email, not a blanket one, running quietly in the background so you're not the one chasing. I use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't risk my own name on it.
Should i leave this there, or is there a part of the business you'd still like more of?
P.S. On cost — it's £75 a month, all in. That's less than the price of a daily coffee to have the right prospects found and contacted for you, properly, every working day.
