Your NHS policy impact advice and contract negotiation work is the bit that stands out to me, that’s not generic accountancy, it’s proper specialist stuff. i bet that sort of expertise deserves a steadier flow of the right enquiries.
I use a system i built to find the right local businesses who genuinely need specialist help and send each one a proper tailored email, not a blanket one, running quietly in the background so you’re not the one chasing. I use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't put my own name on it.
Would more contract and funding work be useful, or is that already coming in fine?
P.S. On cost — it's £75 a month, all in. That's less than the price of a daily coffee to have the right prospects found and contacted for you, properly, every working day.
