Saw Malone Accounting does cloud accounting with Xero out of Newcastle, nice bit of focus there. small firms usually need more of the right enquiries, not more admin. That's where i come in.

i use a system i built to find the right local businesses who genuinely need an accountant and send each one a proper tailored email, not a blanket one, quietly in the background so you're not chasing. I use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't put my own name on it.

Is that a priority right now?

Xero and cloud accounting are a strong combo, and it’s the kind of thing plenty of owner-managed firms are already looking for when they outgrow messy spreadsheets.

i’d use that to target the right local prospects, then send them a simple email from you that speaks to what they actually need, while keeping your domain safe. i use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't risk my own name on it.
