i bet keeping new work coming in while you're busy with clients is the bit that slips.

I use a system i built to find the right local businesses who genuinely need an accountant and send each one a proper tailored email, not a blanket one, quietly in the background so you're not chasing. I use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't put my own name on it.

Noticed you support Xero and FreeAgent too, which is a good angle because that usually points to clients who want more than just year-end tidy up. That sort of work is often easier to win when the right people hear from you first.

I can use the system i built to find those local prospects and send each one a proper tailored intro email, quietly and safely from your domain. i use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't risk my own name on it.
