Saw Duncan & Toplis do accountancy plus tax, audit, payroll, legal and IT, that's a strong mix. With that much going on, keeping new work flowing in without relying on referrals alone is usually the tricky bit. That's where i come in.

Hey Damon,

Duncan & Toplis covering audit, payroll, wealth management and international trade says a lot about the sort of clients you can handle. That breadth is useful, but it can also make it harder to point new enquiries at the right door.

I’d be finding the local businesses that actually fit those services, then sending them a short, one by one intro from you, 24/7, with your domain kept safe. Month by month, no contract, and i use it myself, if i didn't think it worked i wouldn't risk my own name on it.

Noticed the Boston reference on your site, and with Grantham as well, you’ve got a proper local footprint. That gives you a nice angle for getting in front of businesses a bit closer to home.

I’d use that to build a list of local prospects who genuinely need accountancy or advisory support, then send each one a direct email from you, quietly in the background. No blanket send, no chasing, just steady new conversations.
