Your site does a good job explaining your services and the convenience of free collection and courtesy cars, but I noticed there’s no way for visitors to book MOTs or request quotes online. Most people won’t call straight away, especially outside business hours. Also, while you have some testimonials, adding a dedicated reviews page with clear trust badges could really boost confidence for new customers.

Following up on my last email about adding online booking and a reviews page. Another thing that could help is showing your accreditations and manufacturer recommendations more clearly. Right now, those strong trust points are buried or missing on the site, and bringing them front and centre could reassure people you’re the right garage to choose.

I’ve helped other local garages improve trust signals and online lead capture with simple changes, usually a couple of hours’ work at £25/hr. I can send over examples of what I’ve done if that’s useful—just say the word.
