Your website shows strong credibility through your accreditation and history, but I noticed it doesn’t offer any way for visitors to book or enquire directly online. That often means potential clients hesitate or drop off because there’s no quick, clear way to take the next step.

Picking up from my last email — another thing that stood out is the lack of testimonials or case studies on your site. For a charity offering such vital support, showcasing real impact and client voices can make a big difference in building trust and encouraging people to reach out.

Adding a few stories or quotes doesn’t have to be a big project. It can be done alongside a site update for under a couple of hundred pounds at £25/hr.
