Following up on my last email — another point is your site’s lack of customer reviews or testimonials beyond Ofsted registration. Parents rely heavily on social proof when choosing childcare.

Adding a dedicated testimonials section or even short case studies could increase trust and enquiries. This kind of update could be done as a smaller project, starting around £25 an hour.
